Assess my writing abilities through the completion of an in class on demand timed writing
Familiarize myself with "influences" via powerpoint notes

-Writing assessment in class. Students signing up for the Honors program are required to take their writing assessment home, revise it, type it, and bring BOTH the handwritten and typed version to be turned in on Tuesday 1/17/2017.
HW:
-Honors explanation and parent signature
-Honors students, take home the writing sample and revise and type it. Print out a hard copy to be turned in on Tuesday 1/17/2017.
-Buy required supplies for Humanities by Tuesday 1/17/2017(see syllabus)
-Fill out and submit Parent contact info via my blog page by Tuesday 1/17/2017
